(Recommended for a single office with 1 – 7 PCs & 1 – 2 Servers)
- Provides you 36 hours annually to be used towards any of our services
- Quarterly status meeting/System checkup/Reports of work performed
- Monitoring of your Internet at all locations
- Monitoring of your Server(s)
- Maximum 24 hour response time
- Monitoring Windows updates
- Any time needed above the 36 hours would be discounted
Silver billed in 12 monthly increments
(Recommended for an office with or without satellite offices, with 8 – 18 PCs & 2 – 4 Servers)
- Provides you 94 hours annually to be used towards any of our services
- Bi-Monthly status meeting/System checkup/Reports of work performed
- Monitoring of your Internet at all locations
- Monitoring of your Server(s)
- Maximum 8 hour response time
- Monitoring Windows updates
- Customer Portal
- Ensuring Antivirus & spyware scans and updates are being performed
- Live chat
- Any time needed above the 94 hours would be discounted
Gold IT Services Maintenance Package billed in 12 monthly increments
Includes our complete Local SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Service and Social Media Marketing (online reputation management) consisting of Managed Company Facebook Page, content creation, online promotion, Fan base building, Ghost written content as necessary: A $15,000 year value included with our Gold IT Services Maintenance Package.
(Recommended for multiple offices, in excess of 10 PCs & 3 Servers)

- Provides you 187 hours annually to be used towards any of our services
- Monthly status meeting/System checkup/Reports of work performed
- 1, 1 hour visit onsite per month (drive time provided at no charge)

- Monitoring of your Server(s)
- Maximum 2 hour response time
- Monitoring Windows updates
- Customer Portal

- 50 GB offsite backup
